I’ve tried everything in the wellness space—from raw vegan diets to keto, juice fasting retreats, infrared saunas, ice baths, cryo chambers, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light beds, PEMF beds, IV drips, ozone therapy, grounding sheets, and supplements (so many supplements 🙈). I’ve explored EFT, emotional cord cutting, past life regression, reiki, ibogaine, magic mushrooms, plant medicine ceremonies, breathwork, NAD infusions, sound baths, glucose monitors, colonics, enemas, castor oil packs, peptides, somatic shaking, and even urine therapy (yes, Google it 🤣).

WHAT DID ALL THESE EXPERIENCES TEACH ME?

That true health and healing come from mastering the basics: cooking meals from scratch, moving your body regularly, getting natural light throughout the day and avoiding blue light at night, going to bed early, drinking clean, coherent water, spending time in nature, building strong social connections, and finding purpose.
